ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners are in custody since 12.01.2020 for the offence punishable under section 397(1) of I.P.C., in Crime No.9 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail. 3.The petitioners were identified during the Test Identification Parade. The petitioners had stolen 50 pigs from the defacto complainant. They had also severely assaulted the defacto complainant and his wife. The complainant suffered a head injury. The first petitioner Arivalagan is having three previous cases of the same nature.
