ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry when the divorce petition filed by him in H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2015 is pending on the file of Sub Court, Ramanathapuram. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the dispute between the parties has now been settled and the parties have also agreed to live together. Therefore, the complaint was closed and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police.
3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
