ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to register the First Information Report against the 4th to 9th respondents based on the complaint dated 06.02.2014.

2. No one appeared for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that there is no complaint lodged by

the petitioners on 06.02.2014. Even, admittedly, as per the averments, the petitioners submitted representation to the various departments.

4. It is also seen from the records that the petitioners did not send any complaint to the third respondent and in view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.[MD].No.3223 of 2014, there is no merit in this case.
