ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR , J.] The brother of the detenu has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that his brother Kandasamy has been kidnapped by the private respondents, namely respondents 3 to 8.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent Police produced the detenue before this Court. When we enquired him, he has admitted that he is voluntarily residing with his son, namely the third respondent in this petition. The statement made by the detenue is recorded 3.Being satisfied that there is no illegal detention, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
