The petitioner filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that as of now, no petition and no FIR is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondents Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

3. The above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. In view of the said submission, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
