ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to grand extension of time to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli, on condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13722 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1355 of 2024, dated 07.01.2025.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order, dated 07.01.2025, directed the petitioner to deposit 25% of the compensation amount on or before 07.02.2025.

3.In the extension petition, this Court has granted time till 06.03.2025 and subsequently, at the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time was extended till 10.03.2025.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the directions of this Court.

5.In view of the above, suspension of sentence granted by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.13722 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1355 of 2024, dated 07.01.2025is hereby cancelled. The trial Court is directed to secure the accused and proceed further in accordance with law.
