ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.11.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 IPC, in Crime No.837 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.11.2015, the petitioner and others were standing near Dindigul Kudaiparaipatti Murugan Temple in the suspicious circumstances. When an enquiry was made by the respondent police, they did not give their address, name and other particulars. On search, weapons were seized and the case was registered under Sections 399 and 402 IPC as they were intending to commit robbery with deadly weapons.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier applications were dismissed by this Court on 07.12.2015 and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 21.11.2015 and hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that at the time of occurrence, the petitioner was in possession of deadly weapons and they were ready to commit robbery. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner was in possession of deadly weapons and said to have ready to commit offences falling under Sections 399 and 402 IPC and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
