ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 2649 of 2024 on 16.10.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to report before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. As his avocation is affected, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2649 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal. 5.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. sd/- 18/07/2025 / TRUE COPY / /2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
