This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent not to harass him in the guise of enquiry, based on his representation dated 05.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police used to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, already the petitioner appeared before the respondent police, but still the respondent police are insisting him to appear for enquiry and thereby, he made a representation dated 05.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the present petition is filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that one Paul Daniel Thangaraj has given a complaint against the petitioner and thereby, they are conducting an enquiry and the same is still pending. During the enquiry, the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner in any manner. However, they will complete the enquiry within a period of one week.
4.Since the enquiry is pending based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, it is appropriate to direct the respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly ordered. Page No. 2 of 4
5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
