PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land bearing Survey Nos.523/4 and 523/5 at Eppothumvendran Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Tuticorin District with an extent of 103 Square Feet and 235 Square Feet respectively on considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2020. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey the subject property and to fix the boundaries based on the representation made by the petitioner on 20.11.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader based on the written instructions received from the first respondent submitted that the subject property was surveyed on 08.03.2021 and four boundaries were also identified. The proceeding that was issued in that regard was also produced before this Court.

3. In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and accordingly, the same stands disposed of. No costs.
