ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a Senior Driver working in the respondent transport corporation seeking a mandamus to provide wage increment and review benefits.
2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the petitioner is eligible to receive second review benefit on 20.05.2020. However, the same was not conferred upon the petitioner on the ground that certain allegations are pending as against him. The petitioner has given a representation on 15.12.2023 to the first respondent seeking the above said benefit. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
