Side) on behalf of the Respondent and the Petitioners not appearing in person or by an Advocate the Court made the following order:- There is no representation for the petitioners. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 31.03.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5511 of 2016 to the effect that the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. until further orders and the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, modified in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3522 of 2016 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5511 of 2016 dated 26.04.

2016 to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 09.00 a.m. until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
