RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 5772 of 2016 dated 04.04.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and the petitioners not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- There is no representation for the petitioners. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5772 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
