Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent and the petitioners not appeared in person or through an Advocate the court made the following order:- There is no representation for the petitioners. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8085 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
