ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.194 of 2012 from third respondent to second respondent.

When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted in Crime No.194 of 2012 and the same was closed as action dropped on 02.08.2013. 3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
