ORDER

(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2025 made in Crl.MP.(MD).No.1900/2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.130/2024. (2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 04.04.2025, granted bail to the petitioner, directing him to report before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., pending disposal of the appeal. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforesaid condition till date and since the petitioner is the sole breadwinner of the family and his appearance before the police station daily twice, is causing great hardship to him and his family and hence, seeks relaxation of the said condition.

(3)The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the respondent affirmed the fact of compliance of the aforesaid conditional order by the petitioner till date.

(4)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

(5)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the modified conditional order dated 04.04.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. (6)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before the Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai District, on every alternate Monday at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the appeal. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 04.04.2025 remain unaltered. 13.02.2026 AP To 1.The Inspector of Police Pettai Police Station, Tirunelveli.
