This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Contemnor/third respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.14289 of 2023, dated 19.06.2023 according to law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.In view of the proceedings passed by the Tahsildar, Manapparai Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, in Na.Ka.Aa.No.7799/2022, dated 12.02.2024, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition, since the direction of this Court has been complied with.
