Order:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.01.

2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.24991 of 2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before Rayapuram Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders, modified in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2507 of 2016 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.24991 of 2015 dated 24.03.2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam once in fifteen days i.e., on Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 17/06/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
