Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 09.11.2024 to disburse salary for the months of February, March and 15 days of April for the year 2022 along with 6% interest.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ petition, in our considered view, it is appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition without going into the merits of the case by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2024 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time to meet the ends of justice.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2024, in accordance with law within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
