Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.THAMBIDURAI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.RAMAR.Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition from 17/07/2017 and investigation has been completed and charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI,Madurai and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the same was not taken on file.

3.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
