ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition to direct the Respondents 1 and 2, to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 02.11.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie.16.02.2024), the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, as there are defects in this Writ Petition, with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition after correcting the defects. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Petitioner is granted liberty to file fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action No costs. 16.02.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes/No LS 2/4
