ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to order change of investigation in the matter relating to the Crime No.328 of 2014 on the file of the sixth respondent and entrust the same to the seventh respondent for investigation of the case and file a final report before the appropriate Judicial Magistrate within time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.328 of 2014 on the file of the sixth respondent has been completed and the respondent No.6 laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur on 14.09.2015 and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.27 of 2017. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
