PRAYER IN SA No.1252 of 2003:
To prefer the Memorandum of Second Appeal against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.NO.197 of 1999 on the file of Ist Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli dated 17-4-2002 confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.20/1987 on the file of District Munsif Court, Musiri dated 29-04-1994. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.K.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to the death of the lower Court advocate, the parties could not contact the counsel on record in the appeal and there is a delay of 5576 days in taking steps for the deceased second appellant. 2.The reasons stated are not satisfactory. But the legal representative of the second appellant are necessary parties to the case. Hence this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.5,500/-(Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred only) to the Siddha unit on or before 20.04.2022.
