COMMON ORDER Since it is represented by the Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent that after the impugned order dated 18.07.2023 was passed, the suit in O.S.No. 691 of 2017 from which this Civil Revision Petitions arise has been decreed by judgment dated 17.10.2023, nothing now remains for further consideration in the matter. A copy of the judgment dated 17.10.2023 has been placed on record. Further, the Civil Revision Petitions have also been filed only after the suit was decreed.
