ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition No.18678 of 2017 filed before the first respondent as early as possible. 2.According to the petitioner, he said to have filed a revision before the first respondent under Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983 against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the revision has been filed as early as on 29.06.2017, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

well as to the other interested parties.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
