ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 4 to survey and to earmark four boundaries of the petitioner's property situate in S.No.60/2B1, at 72 Pattankadu Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District as per the petitioner's title deed and revenue records by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property in S.No.60/2B1, at 72, Pattankadu Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District. The petitioner submitted an application dated 16.11.2017 before the respondents seeking to measure and fix boundaries of the property and has also paid necessary fee. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure her land by fixing boundaries, the third respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
