ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur in C.M.A.No.3 of 2024 against I.A.No.649 of 2023 in O.S.No.320 of 2023.

2.The petitioners are the defendants in the suit filed by the respondents/plaintiffs in O.S.No.320 of 2023 for declaration to declare the subject temple and other deities in that temple belonged to four Karaidhars/Vagaiyaras and for consequential permanent injunction restraining the petitioners from interfering with the rights of the respondents to worship the deity. In that suit, the respondents/plaintiffs filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.649 of 2023 for interim injunction under Order XXXIX Rule 1 of CPC. The trial Court by its order dated 26.03.2024 granted an interim injunction restraining the petitioners from interfering with the plaintiffs' worship at the suit temple and directing the parties to hand over the key to one Shantha, who is living near the Temple. Challenging the said order, the petitioners filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.3 of 2024. The said appeal was dismissed with the modification that the key shall be handed over to the jurisdictional Police. Challenging the same, the petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents in one voice submit that the parties have consented that each one of the four Karadhars/Vagaiyaras shall possess a key of the subject temple enabling them to worship the deity as and when they desires without altering the original nature of the temple that exists as on today and Temple shall be surveillanced by installing CCTV cameras. 2/5
4.In view of the above said arrangement reached between the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the following directions: (i)The petitioners as well as the respondents including the other two Vagaiyaras/Karaidhars are entitled to have a key of the subject temple. (ii)The four Vagaiyaras/Karaidhars are permitted to worship the subject temple without disturbing or altering the character of the subject temple. (iii)CCTV cameras shall be installed in the subject temple at the costs of the petitioners as well as the respondents in this Civil Revision Petition. (iv)Considering the nature of the issue involved between the parties, the trial Court is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.320 of 2023 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
