ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20836 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024.

2. Mr.S. Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays 1/3

for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has complied the condition only for l13 days.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 20836 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
