ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.11.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 342, 294(b), 323, 302 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.145 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, there was a wordy quarrel between the parties and on 21.08.2015, the petitioner and others attacked the defacto complainant with wooden log and as a result of which, the defacto complainant/deceased sustained multiple injuries and he was admitted in the hospital. Subsequently, the deceased died on 25.08.2015 in the hospital.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier application was dismissed by this Court as against this petitioner and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 16.11.2015 and hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the earlier application was dismissed as against the petitioner only on 11.12.2015 and there is no change of circumstance. 5.Taking note of the specific allegation levelled against this petitioner and considering the fact that after dismissal of earlier application there is no change of circumstances, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
