The petitioner is working as an Assistant in the Revenue Department. She has given a representation dated 25.09.2017 seeking grant of exemption from the operation of A(ii) of Annexure III to Rule 7 of the Tamil Nadu Revenue Subordinate Service Rules so as to include her name in the Deputy Tahsildar list of the year https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2017 on par with her colleagues who wrote TNPSC examination along with the petitioner.

2.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Courts directs first respondent to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.09.2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
