Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.225 of 2015 dated 19.07.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent offence under Section 294(b), 506(ii), 306 r/w 511 of IPC and Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and proceed with the same as per the law within a time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police concerned to investigate the case in Crime No.225 of 2015 and file final report thereon within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed at the earliest.

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
