Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SULTHAN BASHA, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRL SIDE) on behalf of the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:- The petition is filed to extend the time granted in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7118 of 2017, dated 13.06.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to ill health and on account of inability to arrange the sureties within the time, he could not comply with the condition as imposed by this Court to surrender before the trial Court during the prescribed period.
3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court, this petition is allowed. The time for complying the condition imposed by this Court dated 13.06.2017 is extended for a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
