ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the 2nd respondent not harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry by considering the representation dated 23.12.2024.

2. The Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the official respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that already based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant / 3rd respondent herein, they have conducted an enquiry and for that purpose, they called the petitioners. Thereafter, the said representation was closed after an elaborate enquiry. During the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioners, however the petitioners have filed this petition without any material. Therefore, this petition is liable to closed.

3. Since the representation of the petitioners was already considered and the same was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication and no further order is required to be passed in the case.
