ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent no.1 to3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent on the file of the 3rd respondent police by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint, they registered an F.I.R in Crime No.51 of 2025 for the offences under Section 465, 468, 471, 420 and 506(1) IPC. Since F.I.R has been registered as against the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the manner known to law.
