ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to correct the petitioner's grandmother name as Palaniammal in the death certificate of petitioner's father Chockalingam dated 20.05.2017.
2.According to the petitioner, his father one A.S.Chockalingam died on 12.05.2017 and at the time of registration of his death, the name of his mother has wrongly been entered as Subbammal. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation dated 24.10.2017 before the respondent. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
