ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue tender notice and tender schedule to the petitioner in respect of various water works in the Kadaladi Panchayat Union.
2.According to the petitioner, he is the class I Contractor with Public Works Department and he is eligible to participate in the tender. But the third respondent refused to issue the tender https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
forms. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that now, the tender has been adjourned by 20.02.2018 and the third respondent is always ready to issue tender form to the petitioner.
4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. The third respondent is directed to issue tender form to the petitioner enabling to participate in the tender. No costs.
