RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8116 of 2016 dated 19.05.2016 that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
