The petitioner was working as Secretary in the third respondent/Society. The petitioner questions the impugned charge memo dated 14.09.2017. A charge memo can be questioned only on certain limited grounds. These grounds are clearly absent here. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
This Court exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the constitution of India cannot undertake factual investigation at this stage. The rights of the petitioner are really not affected. He can very well face the enquiry and establish his innocence. 2.The third respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
3.With this observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
