ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.11.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 109, 341, 201 and 302 I.P.C. in Crime No.140 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though this petition has been filed seeking bail, he has confined his argument to the effect that as the petitioner is suffering from liver failure, he may be granted the relief of interim bail for certain period.

3. The Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is already under treatment in the Government Rajaji Hospital at Madurai. Therefore, he is opposing to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner.

4.Taking note of the submission of the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is already under treatment, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
