Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to construct the combined court building consisting of two courts for the district munsif and judicial magistrate, canteen, cycle shed and construction of two quarters for the judicial officers with garages in S.No.672/2, Aundipatty Panchayat based on the filed inspection report dated 21/08/2018 submitted by the 6th respondent to the 3rd respondent . ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.MAHABOOB ATHIEF,Advocate for Mr.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MOHANASUNDARAM, Advocate for writ petitioner for the Respondents the court made the following order:-

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Andipatti Bar Association, petitioner herein is not a necessary party for an effective disposal of the writ petition. The matter relates to the construction of a combined Court building. It is essentially a matter within the province of the High Court. We are, therefore of the view that the petitioner is neither a necessary nor a proper party.
2.The impleading petition is dismissed.
