CRL MP(MD). No.2746 of 2026 imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1199 of 2026, dated 28.01.2026.

2. Heard on both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Condition No.6 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1199 of 2026, dated 28.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties (one shall be a blood relative and the other shall be any one of the relatives), each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
