This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Crime Branch, Trichy Police Station, Trichy District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, in C.C.No.1398 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
