The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated dated 23.01.2026 made in W.P.(MD).No.35403 of 2025.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that against the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.35403 of 2025 dated 23.01.2026, the respondents in the writ petition has filed writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No. 176 of 2026 and the Honourable Division Bench of this Court has granted interim order in the said writ appeal on 13.03.2026 in C.M.P(MD).No.1816 of 2026.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition depending upon the outcome of the W.A.(MD).No.176 of 2026. Consequently, connected sub application is closed. 18.03.2026 TTA TO
