ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his man, while harvesting the paddy planted by the petitioner in his properties at Survey No.27/3 extent 18.00 Ares, Survey No.65/7 extent 18.5 Ares situated at Pattangkadu Village, Mumbalai Revenue Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the petitioner's representations dated 05.01.2023 and 10.02.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.72 of 2023 came to be registered and despite of summons, the petitioner has not turned up, but the private respondents have turned up.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent.
4. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, by taking note of the order passed by the Executing Court and pass orders within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
