ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to conduct a General Body Meeting of the VRD1000-Virudhunagar District Milk Producers Co-operative Union Ltd. Meenakshipuram (Post) Madurai Road, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that General Body Meeting of the respondent union has already been conducted on 28.12.2017 by following due process of law.

3.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance in conducting meeting, it is always open to him to raise objections in the manner known to law. No costs.
