PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct to Learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sivagangai to dispose of the above C.C.No. 238/2020 on his file as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct to Learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sivagangai to dispose of the above C.C.No. 238 of 2020 on his file as expeditiously as possible

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.238 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
