2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 10.05.2016.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
