ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Registry has produced a web copy of case details which shows that the main suit in O.S.No.55 of 2018 has been dismissed for default by the trial Court on 13.09.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he is not having any instruction as to whether any application has been filed to restore the suit or not.
3. However, considering the fact that the main suit in O.S.No.55 of 2018 is not in existence as on date, no further order is required in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
