The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that the petitioner's wife and children are living with her maternal uncle at Babu Illam, Thendral Street, Balaji Nagar, Thirupparankundram. Upon enquiry, they have stated that they are living in the said address for the purpose of taking treatment of her daughter Dhanavarshini in Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai.
