(MD) No. 9264/2017 dated 20.07.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.Duraipandiyan, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition is filed for relaxation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for only 30 days.

4. It is the duty of the petitioner to abide the order of the court regularly. It is seen that the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police regularly. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition is filed on 11.08.2017 and the same has not been listed. However, considering the facts and circumstances and to meet the ends of justice, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this bench on or before 3 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police from today onwards for a period of one week daily at 10.30 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a.m, failing which, the order of relaxation shall stand dismissed automatically and on compliance, the condition will be relaxed.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
